Both 15E and 15F do not recline. The exit row is behind the seats, and the flight attendant fold-down seat is immediately behind 15F. A small bit of the barrier overlaps 15E as well, keeping both seats from reclining.

Seat does not recline due to exit row behind, which also reduces seat pitch. Window is misaligned as well.

The seats are comfortable enough. The aisle seat has a space for your seat, but you can stick your feet into the area in front of the closet. The "on the wall" monitor is horrible. Bring your own entertainment or a pair of good glasses to watch on the tiny screen. So which do you want, great legroom or good IFE.

Very uncomfortable seats. I'm 6' 3" and the headrest did not reach my head at all. There is no adjustable headrest and it extends significantly forward making a very uncomfortable seating position. The seats are also very thin and the padding was worn on my seat. I had a back ache only 1 hour into a 5 hour flight which made for ...

Seat does have good legroom however, the seat is far too close to the washroom. You will be stood over, bumped, bothered throughout the flight. I would not consider this a premium seat.

This seat has plenty of legroom as 29A is missing due to row 29 having emergency exit doors. HOWEVER - because there is both a fold-up tray and TV - both sides of the seat are solid (instead of open under armrest). If you have wider hips this is quite uncomfortable. Also, the TV didn't work.

This seat has plenty of legroom as 29F is missing due to row 29 having emergency exit doors. 29A is likewise missing.

This seat appeared to have a lot less room than the seats across the aisle where my family was. The row in front of me was set back a few inches, reducing the pitch in my row. It was claustrophobic and uncomfortable. It's a yellow seat, but I think it should be a red, along with 39E and F.

This seat is marked as preferred on this site, but it's NOT. it's directly behind a special mid cabin flight attendant jump seat and you have NO room for your feet etc. Literally one of the worst seats I've EVER encountered. Beware!

This is a truly dreadful seat on a truly dreadful plane. How old is this plane? It appears to be 20+ years old as the seat (4D) certainly looks it.... The seat itself is extremely worn, the upholstery padding has compacted right down both on the back and seat area providing about 5mm of padding. The upholstery is worn and st...

According to my booking confirm - YYZ to YVR - Feb 17 - my Aircraft was a "321" - however I have not been able to find a matching configuration to the flight we were on. We were in the exit row - 20 - fantastic leg room. Seats are narrow but aren't they all. Entertainment was excellent. Food was expensive but ok tasting. At...

The seats in row 29 have plenty of legroom, but at a tradeoff. The overhead bins in this area are used for crew equipment, first aid kits, etc. You have to use bins further forward or aft, vying with the passengers in those areas for bin space. While seats 29 A-C can stow things under the seats ahead (28AB,27C) seats 29D-F have ...

There is no left arm rest for this seat. Tray table in the arm rest and also on the seat infront.

7/31/2017 SeatGuru User, sitz 16A

16A while additional leg room is provided the handle of the exit door and door itaelf encroach into your seating space. Unless you're 6ft plus and skinny as a rail - the "benefit" of emergency exit row is completely lost with an uncomfortable door sticking into your side (let alone the fact there is really no useable window to ...

Seating was THE WORST I've ever experienced on ANY flight. Seat was so tight that I couldn't put my legs together - had to ride with legs spread apart for 4 hours- my hip still hurts 24 hours later. Space is just too tight. I would only fly this again if I upgraded to first class.

7/10/2017 SeatGuru User, sitz 16F

16F has both good and bad. The good is that is roomier for legs to stretch. The bad is it has no arm rest on right side. The seat back tray to bolted so it's completely not available. You only have access to arm rest tray. Lastly the window is VERY SMALL - just a 4" round window. I think the middle seat 16E may be better, since ...

Seat 2A in business class is bulkhead, but despite the comment here I found the legroom alright. It actually has storage for bags in cubbies under the bulkhead so in addition to the decent leg room, you have that space as well (and no one reclining in front of you).

3/28/2017 SeatGuru User, sitz 17D

17D on these planes now has a jump seat/bulkhead in front of it. The knee room is larger than a normal seat but the bulkhead means less legroom to stretch out your legs. I would have rated this seat half red/half green.

3/3/2017 SeatGuru User, sitz 12B

12B Sucks, do not waste your money on this DOWNGRADE. The seat has less legroom then economy, the seat is narrower than economy, there is no storage under the seat in front, there is no place to put your stuff, there is no power outlet. It is a fraud to call this an "upgrade!"

1/1/2017 SeatGuru User, sitz 17D

There is now a highbacked seat in front of 17D with no video screen. The screen and table are locared in the armrest. Very limited leg room. The seat 16D seems to be for crew.
