This first class seat does not recline at all. It's a waste of money, especially for a red-eye.

Good seat. I paid extra for the premium seat to get extra leg room on the long flight from SFO to KOA but really don' think it was necessary. The standard economy seats seemed to have plenty of room themselves.

2D is my favorite seat on Alaska's 737's. Worth every penny. I love the comfort, legroom, and of course excellent service up front in first class. The 401 out of LAS is always smooth as silk and wonderful.

First class seats on Alaska are a real disappointment. There is no foot rest and the recline is really limited; this makes for real discomfort on a 5-6 hour flight. Besides, there is no blanket, even on red-eye flights. I can't say how let down I am by this budget approach. I expected Alaska to adopt much of the customer care of...

Premium economy is honestly no different than regualr economy, as 9F is a premium economy seat. The only difference is that premium economy is at the front of the plane. Don't waste your money. If you want extra comfort you might as well buy a first class seat.

Has power, decent leg room, misaligned window

A comfortable seat that is nice and big, there is an extendable head rest but mine would not stay up. The leg room is quite good but could be better as a large metal box takes up a section of the available under seat space and is exactly where I wanted to put my feet. The aisle seat did not have this issue and due to the design ...

I had checked SeatGuru before picking this seat and was a little worried about this seat being sandwiched between two rows that had missing windows. Turns out this seat was indeed missing window, so wanted to update for other folks. Was very disappointed the information was not previously noted.

It may have no window, but if you want to sleep, this is the perfect spot as there is no window well to fall into. Bring a tiny pillow and you can doze the whole trip.

The worst seat. I paid a premium price. The armrests don’t move. Crushing my legs. Most uncomfortable seats and no where to put luggage under seats

On two flights (BWI-SAN and SAN-BWI), this seat did not recline at all, which is especially annoying on an overnight flight. Otherwise not a bad first class seat.

Limited view out of window because of airplane wing, but surprisingly less engine noise than in row 20.

Flight from LAX to Seattle. First time flying Alaska Airlines and was very surprised in a good way by the leg room available. Though seats were tight as expected from budget airlines, and airlines in general these days, the legroom made up for that. The plane was a new model 737-900 with the new mood lighting. Very clean and the...

I don't understand the comments which claim that First Class is cramped. I'm 6'5 and the person in front of me could have reclined their seat all the way and I still would've had room to cross my legs. Also, the line forming around the first class bathroom is no longer an issue as there's a light above the aisle which indicates ...

I started off in 26C (aisle), but ended up in 26A (window) to help out a fellow traveler. I've got to say that I got the better end of that deal. I had more leg room, my feet could stretch out, my backpack fit under the seat in front of me, and my seatbelt seemed longer than the one on 26C. It's a couple of rows behind the wing,...

Oh boy, what a mistake to take this seat! Not only is there no window, the elbow room is diminished because the window well is missing. I felt like I was riding on a cargo plane.

First time in first class - seat width and leg room was wonderful! But recline angle seemed just short of comfortable for our night time flight during which I had hoped to sleep a few hours. My wife, in 3A, wished for a foot rest for sleeping comfortably. The free tablet for entertainment was wonderful, but the free ear buds wer...

Flew from DFW to SEA on July 26, 2017. The view was nice.
