Wow- these seats were awful! And I'm generally a non-complainer for any seat. We paid $20 each for 3 seats to "upgrade" to 3 of the 4 front seats. Total waste of money - the "upgraded" seats were quite literally worse than the regular seats. $60 totally wasted. First of all, there is LESS legroom for these seats. For row 2...

Well I flew from YYZ-MSP on board this aircraft. The flight was supposed to be operated by a CRJ-705 however the aircraft changed without waring after I pre booked a seat. Im 6 foot 5 and after a terrible 7 hour flight from Edinburgh this was not the most comfortable flight to go onto. However the service onboard was frankly out...

This plane is awesome. It's small -- so loading on/loading off takes only minutes. The rear-mounted engines make this plane silent when it flies. No engine noise what so-ever. I've never slept so easy on a plane because of the dead silence when its airborne. Windows are placed a bit infront of the seats -- so if you're hop...

This aircraft is overall exellent for the size. This seat is marked red because limited recline and close to lavratory, i would say that it didnt mater that it didnt recline because it wasnt a long flight and the lavratory was not anoying at all ..... The service was good.... I would rate the flight 9/10

The exit row has at most an extra two inches of legroom. On the window, due to the shape of the escape hatch, there is even less shoulder room than in the non exit rows. The exit row seats do however have normal tray tables, so they also have normal arm rests. There is however no arm rest against the window. The seat is not ...

I end up on this POS throw back to stone age of air travel every week. If it was not for the non-stop route I would fly almost ay other aircraft including a turboprop. It is time to sell these cans with wings to some third world courty for a $1.00 and upgrade the fleet.

Cramped and stuffy...I felt I was sitting in the toilet next door. (Had to laugh when the flight attendant used the toilet to dump the remaining coffee and then stored the pot in the luggage compartment above me.) No entertainment available, no recline in the seat since I was against the back wall. I wondered if this plane wa...

It was horrible. A flight leaving at midnight, cramped like a caddle cart and adealay at the gate. Overall departure 12:28 Arrival 2:00am

horrible, awful, cramped, overly claustrophobic, very uncomfortable - has to be the absolute worst aircraft in the Air Canada fleet. The Dash-8 has far more comfort to offer than this thing!
