I was very pleased with the service I received on Delta. The staff were lovely, there was plenty of food and no restrictions on having a glass of wine. I was in Comfort plus and had a lot of leg room. The on-board entertainment was good. I would recommend Delta Air lines.
Worst business clas seat ever.could not even talk to my wife.reminds me of a coffin.
This seat is very private with a table next to it and a curved partition so you can sleep in private. The AVOD is great, however the screen does not lock into place so it shifts with the planes movements. The padding of the seat could use a little more cushion.
Good seat but would prefer something front facing. Noise from economy could be a problem but wasn't on this flight.
This lie flat seat is roomy and private because of a small closet next to it and some additional storage behind the seat since there is no other seat behind it. Occasionally a little noisy when people are talking in the galley behind. I find DL's BE seats lacking in padding, but over all pretty good.
I flew this aircraft from LAX to ATL. The fully lie-flat seats in business class are really neat, however, the layout makes it very difficult to see out the window. You face away from the window, and you only get one window to look out of. Essentially you have turn your head about 100 degrees to look out the window. I like the space for laptops and for food. It has plenty of power outlets - one for your computer, and a USB charging port, which is nice. You have no place unfortunately to store your luggage under your seat...everything MUST go in the overhead bins. I prefer Delta's lie-flat seats in business class of its 767-400LR aircraft better.
