As always, a great experience with Emirates. The service was excellent and the in flight entertainment very good. The in flight meal and refreshments during the flight were great.

Worst service. Missed connecting flight. Stuck in Dubai with no luggage. Phone about to die Have cried for 2 hours. Lost the seat I paid extra for. And now a day late to get home, my flight over left iPad in seat pocket & lost property does not have? Each person I go to in Emirates tells me to go online & complain. You are not ...

Emirates 777 plane was clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and the Entertainment system exceptional and enjoyable. Watched 3 movies which helped pass the time in economy class.

Not too bad. Restricted recline Enough legroom for the average person

This was an OK seat but being in the aisle you don't get much privacy and as people are walking past you tend to get bumped a bit. It was quite busy on my flight but service was good. You can't lie flat though so a little bit uncomfortable to sleep

I had the window seat and on this long flight, if you plan to lean on the window, you can't. There's too much room between seat and window. You'll have wider legroom but not together. See picture. It's the last row and the seat does recline. However, for this particular plane, there isn't 50A or 50B, from Boston to Dubai. I paid...

The airline provides exceptional service and this flight was no exception. It is surprising, therefore, that it compromised that service with poor seating. The seat may be adequate for a short flight, but not for a seven to nine hour flight. There were seven seats per aisle which means some passengers were cramped between pas...

We had the offer to upgrade to business class before we checked in online for a cost. We decided to go for it! Wow what an amazing experience couldn't fault it. We were initially automatically given the Center seats in row 11 so I called Emirates to see if there was a window seat available as my husband needs to have a window ...

Seat leg from seat in front divides your legroom right in the middle - hopefully 42D is a traveling companion! I thought seat width was pretty standard for today’s economy seats and legroom slightly better than average. Service was polite and efficient (somewhere between United’s extreme rudeness and Southwest’s friendliness). ...

Enjoyed the flight but prefer the A380 which is a little more sophisticated with its minibar and side shelf. 777 feels a little cramped compared to the A380even tho pitch is very good.So given a choice, it would be the A380 every time. Access to aisle is much easier.

Buiness class for 13.5hr flight. Seats 8A&B are old, narrow seats, that do recline, but not to flat-bed. The aircraft was quite noisey even though these seats are considerably forward of the engine intakes. All the crew from ckeckin to arrival were exceptional, judged from our considerable experience, and this made up for thebel...
