I fly this route three times a year and while this aircraft is a great improvement on the tired Airbus A320 they used to use it is miles behind the A380 I use to carry on my journey from Dubai to Sydney. The food and beverage service is however excellent and the ICE system is second to non.

I fly to Sydney from Birmingham in the UK three times a year on average. I use Emirates because they collect me from home in a limo', deliver me back the same way. That means I can avoid London!Since using the A380 for the first time I insist on booking on this flight every time now. It is a great aircraft and while the business...

Try to avoid row 48. Seating space in this row is very limited and cramped. Reclining the seat is not possible due to the lavatory wall behind the seats.

Emirates new coach class seats are great for longe range flights. Generously sized seats have personal entertainment system in their back. There are serveral general screens as well. In flight service is average.

It seems that in order to pay for its AVOD and good food, Emirates is under the impression that they need to squash as many pax as possible on to their planes. This is particularly true of all the 777s in economy class. Instead of the normal 9 abreast for most other airlines, Emirates has opted for a high density 10 abreast. ...

Emirates has configured a couple of 777-300 with First class suites, but there doesn't seem to be a way of knowing whether your plane has this unlikely configuration. I only was informed of this when I checked in at CDG. The suite itself is, of course, very luxurious, although the white leather looks like it might be better su...
