My comments include the return flight to KL in seat 3A. I won't repeat comments already made by others, but can confirm that in both 3A and 10A the lie flat bed length was fine for my height (5'8"). Both seats are showing signs of age in that some functions did not work or operated partially. That combined with the generally gru...

This flight was the second leg of my PER-LHR trip. The seat and facilities were a very welcome improvement on my B737 flight from PER to KUL. I had no issues with the seat whether upright, relaxing or lie flat, but then I'm 5' 8'' and not 6' plus like some reviewers. Not the first time I have flown the A350 and once again I foun...

Window throne seat in the middle of the front cabin of business class. So much room either side of the seat, it was fantastic. Some other reviews say the foot hole when sleeping is a bit tight and uncomfortable, but I thought it was fine. At least it's straight ahead - unlike other airlines which have the foothole on an angle. C...

11k is the last row in the business class cabin and is one of the throne seats. If you are intending to sleep it is great as it feels really secluded and private, and is away from all galley and toilet noise. Nobody walks past either. Recommended.

Good seat with plenty of leg space, well worth the extra money. It's still economy.... OK IFE as well.

Front row standard business class. Malaysian service and attention the usual very high standard. Seat controls not as good as they could be. Entertainment choices limited and censored. Boarding very well controlled and polite staff; so Asian and not North American. Would use again using KLIA as well oneworld hub to Singapore/Asi...

Good and comfort seat

Seats 2, 5, 9, 11K are all "throne" seats which means they have armrests on both sides of the chair. They are perfect if you like to spread out or work etc. Also gives more privacy as you are not directly on the aisle.

nothing constructive just like any other plane i have travelled on

Now that MAS have abandoned quad engined planes on this busy flagship route their daily capacity is down by about 40%. Not too surprising then that even off peak these A350's are fully booked. Seat pitch has been reduced over the years and this was a cramped and uncomfortable flight with long queues for the too few bathrooms.

Economy with extra leg room is exactly what it says it is. No other frills, just an extra 4 inches or so over plain vanilla economy. Of course you could save your money and hope to bag an empty row of seats in economy but having slashed capacity on this flagship route that is unlikely these days.

I bought an upgrade for this leg of my journey to Australia. Malaysia Bussiness Suite are very generous in terms of space and privacy. The service was a bit of a let down for me. As i was flying overnight, the crew was surprised I wanted to have dinner. I had pre ordered the lobster and I found it a bit rubbery, the vegetables o...

New A350-900 service from London to KL. I will start with the negatives. The First Lounge at LHR is very dissapointing. The food was dissapointing however the lady that was serving was a joy to be around. If you are over 5”10” and bigger than 88kg you are in for a very uncomfortable night at their business class seats. The seat...

Unpleasant experience. Notwithstanding A350 is new its noisy and feels claustrophobic. They have crammed as many seats as possible in economy. The seats are narrow as is the aisle. The entertainment if you could hear was limited and poor. A poor experience overall and one I hope not to repeat. So disappointing MAS has gone this ...

The flight overall was smooth and quiet. The cabin crew were excellent, service was prompt and efficient and the food was good. I found the seat to be quite narrow when in the flatbed position and the footwell also. A large person would find it very tight. I much prefer the seating on the 380.

Worth paying the extra RM300 (about £60) for the extra leg room offered in rows 12, 14 & 15 (configuration 3-3-3). NB: I would avoid 12D, 12F & 12G (middle three in front of section) as these are frequently used by passengers switching aisles :(

Pretty good, not so good if you are 6' 6" tall though
