There is limited legroom due to the IFE box under the front seat. Impossible to stretch legs.

48D has a leg room problem. There is a small black box under 47D which inhibits full leg extension. After 5 hours it started to get on my nerves.

The seat was horrible, it couldn't recline fully into a flat bed unlike the 777-300ER which can the screens were unavailable for the hole flight but the crew were friendly and helpful.

Was a little disappointed by the lack of width of the seat especially when fully reclined. It was too tight to get into and out of the seat space also. The tv screen control did not seem to work and I had to resort to touching the screen which was mot easy having to lean forward from a recline position. The small seat side light...

The access to the seat is not as easy as the A380 used on the outward journey. The screen controls are difficult to follow and I ended up using a combination of handheld and touchscreen which meant leaning forward all the time, most frustrating. The seat re line controls are are the edge of the side table and were not very respo...

Excellent in all ways. Seat roomy and comfortable. The staff were amazing, very helpful and efficient. The meals were very good for economy and fresh fruit and juice was served with all meals. The on site entertainment was very varied and the time passed very quickly. We would definitely fly with Thai Airlines again.

First time flying with Thai Airlines. Our Seats where in good location , not to noisy and handy having isle seat to get up and down, love that the overhead lockers that push back into roof space which means no more bending or ducking to get in or out of seats. Plane was full to capacity. Drinks a plenty and very friendly attent...

The seats in this exit row have a lot of leg space to the front. But at my hip width (jeans size 34) or above I would consider the seat width unbearable. It's not the usual fixed arm rest, but has another 3-4cm reduced width to the side due to the entertainment system controls placed there. Luckily only a 2h flight, can't imagin...

The seats are close to each other. I am 179cm tall and my knees are touching the magazine holder. Another point for all seats on the isle, they have the entertainment box under the seat in front of you limiting drastically how much space you have to put your feet. W

A nice seat for two in 777 in exchange of being next to the galley.

This plane layout takes cattle class to a whole new level. When the seat in front of me put their seat back it was literally 3" in front of my nose. So cramped.

Have flown on Thai Airway TG 473 and TG 474 from Brisbane to Bangkok and return many times over the past few years. I have to say that each time we are sat in different rows and OMG the seats are the most uncomfortable ever, so cramped and as for leg room, well, another story, there is none. There is no room if you wanted to str...

Normally I fly Star Alliance since they pretty much cover a lot of destinations. I flew from ICN to BKK and was assigned 32C. Yes, the seat has tons of space for your legs, but since you have no seat in front of you, there is virtually nowhere to put your belongings during the flight (magazines, phone/tablet, headphones, etc). I...

The design is very poor. The business class offers too little space. Forget the 163 degrees recline. This is for small people only. Food was very inacceptable. What a downgrade !

The back row seats (row 72)are first to get food/drink service. Also there is 2 less seats in the 2 back rows, more room to stand up for a stretch, close to toilets. And no one behind to keep pushing their knees into the back of the seat.Last time i flew TG474 Brisbane - Bangkok the whole back row (72) was empty except for me

I would prefer the old 747 all times. I was seated on 71B (there are 72 in all) so it was in the back. The chairs feels smaller. I can not say in what way. I looking in seatmap guide they actually are wider. But feels smaller than old 747 anyway. The seat pitch is less too than 747. I think the difference is 2 inch less. All thi...

I sat here on a long international flight. I found that people where asked to return to their seats when getting up to stretch. They didnt stay up and bther me. This seat got food first and the staff was always there to help.

We were looking very much forwards to fly back home after 6 month in Thailand with the brand new Boeing 777-300er, but we were extremly disapointed because of very large noice from the engines and less legroom compared with the Boeing 747-400 they have always used for this flight. In over 10 years we have each year been flying w...
