What a flight. Delhi to Heathrow on flight 111. An OK seat i would say. But nice crew and fab food i rate air India 9-10
Limited overhead storage.
No overhead storage.
nice & comfortable. good entertainment .
The seat has huge leg room, so many people that come to the toilet think that it is a passage and disturb your sleep.
Window Seat, amongst the first few seats that are served and you get a choice of meals. veg or non veg. service and food was surprisingly good. did not expect it from Air India. Leg room was a little restricted for a 6 ft guy. seat was the same as on the A320 neo. narrow than what you would get on a standard long haul overall 4 ...
This is a good seat because you get about half a seat worth of empty space on your right side. This is particularly helpful if you're carrying things that you may need during the flight and don't want it crowd your leg space.
This seat has plenty of leg room, however is slightly cramped due to the emergency exit door frame. The seat also gets very warm from the in arm entertainment system. However the main issue is that where the floor where you rest your feet, beside the door, gets very hot and toasts your feet. This is was the same in seat 30 A too...
I think great because its nearby mens room plus plenty of space on my right side while get off and return back, i not disturb other passenger, I can communicate better too
I read the comments for the Business class cabin, and hoped that they are not the truth "Dirty, bad maintenance". Sadly the comments are right. I can honestly state that the "old" 747-400 from Lufthansa is in 10 times better condition as the 787 from Air India. Seats are dirty and you feel not good.
I was really surprised by AIR INDIA in general i bought my ticket with them because was the only cheap and good time but i didnt know what to expect. The result is that air india is a good company, with nice planes. I took two flights with a short connection in delhi (1H) and everything went perfectly and suit case arrived in Pa...
The different noises comming from the economy class galley makes sleeping nearly impossible. Seat should be at least rated yellow.
how come air india's bathrooms are always dirty, smelly and not enough soap. for 30+ years AI has maintained their "lowest class" in airline industry
seats are not comfortable. as this is near to exit you will have more leg space but you will hear lavatory door bangs and flush sound many many times.
The seat was uncomfortable as i am 6'3" and could'nt sleep flat, the seat was impeded by the bulk head and was uncomfortable flying from LHR to BOM.
Seat are not comfortabile
Frankly the worst Dreamliner flight I ever had. According to Flightradar I believe the plane was 2-3 years old - but it looked 10+ years old. Calling this "business class" is a stretch - more "business minus". It was ofcourse more comfortable than Economy - but I would say that if you are going business then avoid this. I have s...
Easy to stretch legs however you get knocked by crew going past. TV was bust. Narrower seats too as TV arm swings up. At night the only window that does not dim is here so when the sun comes up - you are awake unless you have a mask. Good side is 1st served with food and drink.
Very comfortable seat and more leg room than economy class seat in other airlines.
I was surprised that despite the aircraft being so modern the service and amenities were not in keeping with other carriers. The cabin was not very clean, service was OK but not exceptional and food/beverages again good but not in keeping with other carriers. The flight itself was fine, on-time and comfortable. The entertainm...
