Although close to toilets, this is a good sear w easy access to overhead lockers and for walking around.
Due to the position of the seat, not aligned with 25D I had been hited several times in the right shoulder from air hostess and passangers. I had to seat myself in a position to avoid it.
Excellent seat but storage is lacking. Nowhere to put glasses phone etc except foot well. Lumbar support good. Seat controls a little fussy. Service ok on a short 4 hour flight. Lie flat comfortable up to 6ft height.
Seat pitch felt really poor and legroom was very tight. Am 192cm tall so most economy seats feel cramped. Prefer A380 or 777. Also the Dreamliner's (I don't know how it got this name) tail seems to wobble more than other aircraft. Is this just my imagination but I've noticed this on a number of 787's in the past few years?
Initially I had seat 14A. But because I am terribly claustrophobic your crew members were most helpful and managed to accomodate me on an aisle seat although the plane was fully booked. Many thanks indeed. Perfect service from LAN
LAX-LIM and back. Chose the same seat for both legs and it was very comfortable, private and quiet. I'm 5'10" and could extend my feet all the way on bed mode. Taller people might not be able to though. I had a very good experience overall with LATAM.
The new seat is very shortly. It is impossible to a person than more 1,85 sleep there. Very bad business class.

Lan used to be a great airline with the 767. Now with the 787, I wonder how they dare to call it an improvement. The experience is just awful. Seat pitch is just not adequate for a long trip. And the 3-3-3 layout is unbearable. Next time I will try to avoid it if I have a choice.
I was in seat 35L, which was 3-4 inches narrower than the seat in front. I expect the same would .apply to this seat

Rows 4 and 5: The wind noise from the exit doors is extremely loud. Row 5: Almost over the wing and the vibration from the engine is constant.
The protrusion from the door is there but it doesn´t clip much of the expanded legroom. There is no window on that seat (it is the one from the door but it is not near). Nevertheless it is one of the best economy seats on the 788.

Uncomfortable seats combination (3-3-3). Very little legroom and minimum recline. Seats are too narrow to fit 9 in a row instead of a comfortable 2-4-2 structure. Hope that Latam change this seat combination in all his 787 dreamliners in the future.
