Airplane Airbus A330-200 (332) International Qantas Airways with 2 classes and 235 seats on board. Use airplane seat map to find which ones are more comfortable and which should be avoided.
This is the only A330-200 with this seating configuration left in the fleet (VH-EBG). OK for a domestic flight, but would avoid for International, as the seats are in the old 2+2+2 config for Business Class. Either look for A330-300, or A330-200 with new Business Suites in the 1+2+1 seating config.
Worse Economy seat I've ever experienced for long haul (Shanghai to Sydney and Sydney to Beijing). Anyone over 190 cms tall will struggle to get comfortable never mind sleep. AUSTRALIANS GET TALLER NOT SMALLER QANTAS !!!
this is a very old plane. the seat was VERY uncomfortable and lack of maintenance. TV screen was small, cracked, unclear...choices of movies and TV were very limited. Food was the worst I have ever had on any business class flights.
business seats are old and uncomfortable with angle flat bed. Dont say you weren't warned. Try and book the day before or after if A330-300 available
The most overpriced over rated business class seat between Asia and Australia. Its NOT flatbed. Its the outdates "nearly" flatbed .. maybe about 165 degrees. So you feet hang over the end and you keep sliding down, The service was up to Qantas standards (unfortunately). No USB port available. Very small screens. A total embarr...
Flight QF24 in Jan 2018. Not sure if this was a domestic aircraft pressed into international service or what, but old seats, not particularly comfy, with media screens about 6" and limited content. Foot room of the G seats is cramped by the media box under the seat in front. Very different to the A330-300 I flew up on. Flight c...
Been flying biz class with Qantas monthly to Manila since they upgraded their aircraft. Got stuck with this pig of an aircraft on my last flight. It is a disgusting offering for the money you pay for business. Do not risk getting the old aircraft.. I am back to flying SingAir again. 3 hours longer, but worth it.
If you get this Intl V2 of the A330 you will rightly feel youve been cheated. This is not the BC experience you have paid for. Nowhere on the Qantas website is this version of BC depicted. I strongly advise changing flights to the other more modern version; this version is an embarrassment.
47A (appeared to be on all "A" seats), had an entertainment box taking up 1/3 of the leg space under the seat in front. Seats were old, uncomfortable and distance to seat in front was tight. Wired controller for small entertainment screen was in right-side armrest, making the armrest unusable. Not good for an overnight internat...
This aircraft appears to be configured with less leg room than normal. Previous travellers comments on this appear correct. Our son in 26C had an extra inch but was still tight.
My wife & I flew SYD-PER on 15APR17 on this aircraft. Frankly, this was the best economy flight we have flown. Maybe it's because U.S. domestic carriers are so bad. But the legroom, seat recline, customer service, the food, and comfort was really very good. And it was a full flight too. Qantas did a great job, and I think an air...
Poor legroom and cramped seats for an international flight. Legroom is cramped by a grey box on floor under seat in front. In flight entertainment was very poor and dated and played up for some of the flight. Service was poor, ran out of bottled water just an hour into flight and resorted to half filling plastic cups, coming ...
Great extra leg room.
Flight has no power outlet (as advised in review). Seat has restricted leg room due to large grey box under seat in front. Terribly old plane, ancient in-seat entertainment.
i loved qantas. i had not flown it in maybe 11 years but it is at its best. the food tasted great. and everything was good
You have a lot of extra leg room, but everyone gathers in front of you near the lavatories during the flight. In my flight, every person with a toddler came and used that area as a daycare. People kept kicking my feet and the kids were screaming. I would have been better off with a seat farther back.
Leg room was good. Tight fit as it had a full divider between 45D and 45E. The tray table was uncomfortably close to my body when pulled out from the cavity. I'm a bit overweight but not huge. The ancient video screen/telephone style controller did not work. The only good aspect was that no one could put their seat back on me.
