Airplane Bombardier CRJ700 (CR7) v3 American Airlines with 3 classes and 65 seats on board. Use airplane seat map to find which ones are more comfortable and which should be avoided.
Any roller-bag will be gate checked. Overheads are not big enough for a standard roller.
Seat 16F does have a lot of extra leg room, but there is no arm rest on the right. Having nowhere to rest my arm was somewhat uncomfortable.
Leg room ok, but neither armrest moves. Seats are listed as 17.3 inches wide, but I believe these two are about 16". Trays in armrests narrows seat width. Very uncomfortable for large man!
Row 8 Seats A,C & D have underseat storage because the "bulkhead" is a 12" curtain. Seat 8B has no underseat storage. The tray tables are in the armrest for this row. Great legroom!
Plenty of leg room but armrest by window is short and jabs into side very poor design, if it moved would be better.
Avoid if you are taller than 6'.
All of row 16 has tray tables in the armrests. So while you do get the benefit of extra legroom, you also lose some seat width. These seats should be list as green/yellow like other seats with these caveats.
At best, this a mixed value seat. Yes more leg work but the 1st class seating is 1 on right and 2 on (see your map). Ecomony is 2+2. Sear 8C thus ends up at the end 1st class ailse as it dogleg for 2+2 configure, making occupant of 8C in the direct line bumps, carts, luggage, backpacks, etc. it is awful
I meant to say I had something to add. I prefer the first class seats 1, 2 and 3. You have a window view and and isle all at once. It is a smoother ride as well. I really hate flying, however if I must fly, I prefer first class and on this particular plane, it works fine for me.
Because I hate flying, when I do fly on this plane, I prefer first class. It is a smoother ride and first class seats 1-3, they are really nice as you have a window view and an isle seat all at once.
