Aer Lingus Regional Seat Maps & Seating Plans

Aer Lingus Regional is the Aer Lingus-branded regional network operated by Emerald Airlines and its UK operation. It connects Irish and UK regional airports using ATR turboprops, with services based in Dublin and Belfast. Emerald began flying the Dublin–Donegal route in February 2022, taking over the regional franchise after the previous operator, Stobart Air, had ceased flying.

Frequently asked questions

Can I check in online if I have booked a Regional seat for an instrument?

Aer Lingus asks Regional passengers who have bought a separate seat for a musical instrument to check in at the departure airport. Confirm the instrument arrangement when booking rather than treating an ordinary cabin-bag allowance as permission to use a seat.

What bag policy applies to Aer Lingus Regional flights now?

Since 3 March 2026, the Regional network uses the 10 kg policy: a bag within 55 × 40 × 24 cm is included, but Saver passengers pay to carry it aboard or can check it free. Plus and Advantage fares, and AerClub Silver, Platinum and Concierge members, include cabin carriage. A small under-seat personal item is also free.
