Frequently asked questions

Can I choose a seat on Aero K?

Preferred seats cost extra and can be purchased through the website or customer centre until 24 hours before departure, or at the airport. If you do not buy seat selection, the airline assigns a seat free of charge.

Who can use an Aero K emergency exit seat?

You must be at least 15 and able to carry out exit and evacuation duties without a companion's assistance, understand written or pictorial and spoken crew instructions, and communicate appropriately. You cannot have child-care responsibilities or a condition that prevents those duties. Ordinary glasses, contact lenses and hearing aids are permitted. Ineligible passengers may be reassigned without a seat-fee refund.

Can I buy an empty adjacent seat on Aero K?

An adjacent extra seat is available only at the airport on departure day, subject to availability. Certain premium, exit and fixed-armrest seats are excluded. Buying it does not add a baggage allowance.

What cabin baggage can I bring on Aero K?

Adults and children may bring one cabin bag up to 10 kg and 55 × 40 × 20 cm, with total dimensions no greater than 115 cm. Small additional items such as a handbag or laptop are permitted within the same combined 10 kg limit; they do not add another 10 kg allowance. Mobility aids are treated separately.

Can a pet travel in Aero K's cabin?

Dogs, cats and pet birds aged at least eight weeks may travel in an approved underseat carrier, up to 10 kg combined. Request space at least 24 hours before departure; normally one pet is allowed per adult aged 18 or older, with limited exceptions for certain young animals or bird pairs. International flights to or from Cheongju exclude cabin pets. Health, breed and quarantine restrictions apply. Pets cannot use exit or designated front-section seats; arrange paid seat selection through the customer centre. There is no pet service in the hold.
