Frequently asked questions

How does Air Busan seat selection work?

Advance seats have prices by route and category, including front, exit and General seats. Free seat assignment is available on departure day; if no seats appear online, ask at counter check-in. A ticket itinerary change cancels and refunds the purchased seat assignment, so it must be bought again for the new journey.

Who can use an Air Busan exit-row seat?

You must be at least 15, communicate in Korean or English and be able to follow crew instructions and perform the exit duties. Pregnant passengers, people with infants and anyone unable to assist safely are excluded. Some exit positions have fixed backrests; availability depends on the aircraft.

Can I buy an empty neighbouring seat on Air Busan?

Ask at the Air Busan check-in counter on departure day; this service cannot be bought in advance and depends on flight availability. It is intended for solo travellers or pairs seeking more space. Purchased neighbouring seats cannot be changed or voluntarily refunded, but you may qualify for a refund if the airline fails to provide the service.
