Frequently asked questions

When can I choose a seat on Air Montenegro?

For eligible bookings, seat selection is offered during online check-in from 48 hours until 3 hours 30 minutes before departure. It may be free or paid depending on your fare; otherwise a seat is assigned automatically. After completing online check-in, seats cannot be changed through the website, app, contact centre, sales office or baggage-drop counter. Bookings involving infants, pets, assistance or groups require separate handling.

How do I arrange wheelchair assistance with Air Montenegro?

Describe your needs when purchasing the ticket, including whether you can climb stairs and move inside the cabin. Assistance availability is limited. If you use your own wheelchair, its carriage as checked baggage is free; wet-cell or lithium battery chairs require the manufacturer's specifications for airline approval. A passenger requiring full wheelchair assistance to and within the cabin (WCHC) must have a qualified companion.

What cabin baggage does Air Montenegro allow?

One cabin bag up to 8 kg, with its three dimensions totalling no more than 115 cm, including wheels, handles and pockets. The airline gives 55 × 40 × 20 cm as an example. Certain additional articles such as a coat, umbrella, crutches, camera and laptop are permitted; this is not an entitlement to a second full-size cabin suitcase.

Is checked baggage included with Air Montenegro?

Economy Basic does not include a checked bag. Economy Standard and Comfort include one bag up to 23 kg; Business Basic and Premium include two bags up to 32 kg each. Each standard piece may measure up to 158 cm across its three dimensions combined. Check the fare shown on your booking.

Can I bring a pet into Air Montenegro's cabin?

On flights operated by Air Montenegro, dogs and cats can be booked online during or after ticket purchase, for a fee. Pet and carrier together must not exceed 8 kg; the carrier may measure up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm and must go under the seat. Rabbits, guinea pigs, canaries and small parrots require written approval requested at least 48 hours before departure. These rules do not cover codeshares flown by another airline. Documentation and the captain's final acceptance apply; guide dogs have separate arrangements.
