Seat benefits depend on the fare and category: Economy Lite has paid advance selection, while other fares include some or all choices. Wide Premium front-row seats are separately chargeable. Buy available seats through the website, app or Reservations until three hours before departure; some seats are sold only at the airport. Advance seat purchases can generally be cancelled or refunded only at least 48 hours before departure.
Air Premia excludes passengers under 15, pregnant passengers, people with hearing, visual or mobility impairments, elderly or physically vulnerable passengers, those travelling with pets, anyone unable to communicate in Korean or English, and heavily intoxicated passengers. Airport staff can reassign anyone assessed as unsuitable.
Economy permits one bag up to 10 kg; Wide Premium permits two bags up to 10 kg each. Each bag must fit within 55 × 40 × 20 cm and 115 cm combined. One personal item is also permitted, up to 50 × 30 × 20 cm and 100 cm combined, with its weight counted within the cabin allowance. Over-limit baggage may be checked at the gate for a fee.
