Frequently asked questions
Do children need their own seat?
Children aged two and over must have their own seat. An infant car seat can be used when an empty seat is available beside the accompanying adult; booster seats are not allowed. Families travelling with children under 12 are invited to board early.
How do I arrange help getting to my seat?
Tell Air Saint-Pierre about your assistance needs when booking. The airline can help with transfers between a wheelchair and the aircraft seat, and carries qualifying mobility aids without charging against the normal baggage allowance. Battery-powered aids need special arrangements. If you need a boarding lift, also tell the check-in agent.
What can I bring as cabin baggage?
You may bring one small cabin bag weighing up to 5 kg and measuring no more than 56 × 40 × 25 cm, plus a personal item such as a handbag or computer bag. A bag that does not fit the size template will be checked.
Can my pet travel in the cabin?
Cabin pets are limited to 5 kg including their bag. The published policy allows them on Canada flights operated by the ATR and on Paris flights. Reserve the pet in advance: numbers and space are limited, a fee applies, and the owner must travel with the animal. Destination animal-entry requirements also apply.
