Frequently asked questions

How should families board an Air Tindi flight?

Air Tindi asks adults travelling with or escorting children under 14 to board together so that seats close to one another remain available.

Does Air Tindi allow carry-on bags on every aircraft?

No. Twin Otters have neither overhead bins nor approved under-seat storage, so carry-on bags must be checked. Small essentials such as a purse, medication, phone, tablet or laptop can go aboard and must fit in the seat-back pocket for take-off and landing. On Dash 7 and Dash 8 flights, two carry-on items are allowed within a combined 9 × 16 × 22 inches and 25 lb.

How do I arrange pet transport with Air Tindi?

Contact Air Tindi’s cargo team at least 24 hours before the flight to arrange a pet shipment. Freight charges apply. Confirm the arrangements with the airline before travelling.
