Do I have to pay to choose a seat on Air Haifa?

Yes, choosing a particular seat costs extra, including during online check-in. You can instead accept a free automatic assignment, or receive an available seat at the airport without paying for selection. Changing that assignment to another seat costs extra. Exit and Parliament seats are always paid. Operational changes can still move you; the service terms provide a refund of the seat fee if the replacement lacks the booked seat’s characteristics.

Who can sit at an emergency exit on Air Haifa?

You must be older than 14 and able and willing to help in an evacuation without assistance, understand and read English instructions, walk without mobility aids, and communicate with other passengers. Adequate sight and hearing are required; glasses, contact lenses and hearing aids are allowed. You cannot be responsible for a pet or service dog. The English policy limits pregnancy to 28 weeks. The airline can refuse an exit seat if safety requirements are not met.

What cabin baggage is included with Air Haifa?

The free allowance is one soft personal item without wheels, up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm and 5 kg, placed under the seat. An overhead carry-on costs extra and may measure up to 55 × 40 × 25 cm, including wheels and handles, and weigh up to 8 kg. Add it during booking or through My Booking; airport prices are higher.
