Seat reservations go through the agency that sold your ticket. Airseven does not handle individual seat bookings, extra baggage or booking changes directly.

Can I book a separate seat for an infant on Airseven?
Yes. Arrange the extra seat through your travel agency and bring an approved car seat. Otherwise a child under two may travel on an adult’s lap. Two lap infants cannot sit in the same three-seat row because of the number of oxygen masks.
What hand luggage does Airseven allow?
Passengers over two may bring one cabin bag up to 5 kg and 56 × 45 × 25 cm, including wheels and handles. Mobility aids and strollers can be taken to the gate for loading, rather than carried into the cabin.
Can I bring a cat or dog into an Airseven cabin?
Register one cat or dog through your travel agency at least 72 hours ahead. Pet and closed carrier together must not exceed 8 kg; the carrier must fit under the seat and stay closed throughout the flight. First-row and exit seats are excluded. Required health and destination documents must accompany the animal.
