Can I choose a seat on Akasa Air?

Yes. Choose an available seat through Select Your Seat, with prices depending on the location and aircraft configuration; some seats are listed without a charge. The service is purchased separately for each flight sector. Flexi passengers still pay for A+ and A++ seats. Seats are also available during web check-in, which runs from 48 hours to one hour before departure.

Who qualifies for an Akasa Air exit-row seat?

You must be at least 15, be able to operate and pass through the exit, understand crew instructions in English or Hindi, read the safety card and be willing to assist in an evacuation. You cannot be pregnant, travel with children or infants, or have a condition that prevents those emergency duties. This includes relevant mobility, hearing, vision or other impairments, illness, injury or frailty.

What is Akasa Air's standard cabin-bag allowance?

On domestic and international flights, the published standard allowance is one bag up to 7 kg, with length, width and height adding up to no more than 115 cm. This is separate from the checked-baggage allowance.
