Frequently asked questions

Do Arajet bundles include a chosen seat?

Basic, formerly Smart, provides a free automatic assignment unless you buy a seat separately. Classic, Comfort and Extra include seat selection within their eligible categories; Extra includes Back, middle and Front zones. Buy another seat option when booking or afterwards if your preferred category is outside the bundle. Without selection, travel companions may be separated.

Who can sit in an Arajet emergency-exit row?

You must be at least 15; on Brazil flights you must also be under 60. You cannot be pregnant or responsible for an infant or small child during the flight. You must have the physical, visual, hearing and cognitive ability to operate the exit, communicate clearly and follow crew directions, and read and understand the safety information in the language used by the crew.

Which Arajet bundles include a cabin suitcase?

All bundles include a personal item up to 15 × 9 × 7 inches, normally limited to 6 kg; Brazil allows 10 kg. Classic and Extra include a cabin suitcase up to 12 kg and 22 × 18 × 10 inches. Basic and Comfort charge extra for that suitcase; Comfort includes a checked bag instead. Check the bundle and route allowance before packing.
