Frequently asked questions

Can I choose my seat?

Yes, during booking, through Manage Booking or online check-in, or through sales offices, the contact centre, an agency or the airport counter. Selection costs extra when your fare does not include it. Operational changes can alter your assignment.

What cabin baggage can I bring?

All fares include one personal item up to 45 × 35 × 20 cm under the seat. Domestic Basic fares charge extra for the larger cabin bag, limited to 10 kg and 55 × 35 × 25 cm including wheels and handles. A cabin bag may travel in the hold if space or operations require it.

Can a child travel alone?

Passengers aged 14 or younger must travel with a parent or an authorised responsible adult over 18. A young person travelling alone must already be 15 when the itinerary begins. Required travel permissions still apply.
