Azimuth is a Russian airline established in 2017, with a network focused on direct links between regional cities. It operates Sukhoi Superjet 100 aircraft on domestic and international routes, with services from southern Russia and the North Caucasus.

Choose at the airport counter or through the airline’s online services on eligible routes. Selection is available during ticket purchase at least 24 hours ahead, or during online check-in from 24 to three hours before departure. Economy Light and Flexible charge for choice; Comfort Basic and Free include it. Selecting a seat while buying a ticket does not complete check-in.
Subject to empty seats being available, Comfort uses one passenger in a two-seat block or two passengers in a three-seat block, leaving the middle seat free in the latter. The product also includes a front-cabin seating area and additional legroom.
The paid Mesto++ service provides a block of three adjacent seats. Request it through an authorised airport agent during check-in, no earlier than three hours before departure. It is offered only when the required seats are available.
Request free assistance at least 36 hours before departure. After online purchase, email the dedicated assistance address with the ticket number, passenger name, needs and mobility-device details. Identify any companion so adjacent seats can be arranged. A companion is mandatory for a child with a disability under 12 or a passenger with combined hearing and visual disabilities. Arrange personal care yourself or with a companion; the airline does not provide it. Your wheelchair travels free, and stretcher passengers are not accepted.
Economy Light and Flexible include one bag up to 5 kg; Comfort Basic and Free include up to 10 kg. A paid upgrade can raise an Economy bag to 10 kg. The bag must fit 55 × 40 × 20 cm. An additional backpack may weigh up to 5 kg and measure 40 × 30 × 10 cm; a handbag or briefcase can be carried instead under the personal-item rules.
Eligible cats, dogs and birds can travel for a fee with an adult aged 18 or over. Pet and carrier together must weigh no more than 8 kg, with carrier dimensions totalling no more than 115 cm. Obtain confirmation and bring veterinary documents. There is a six-animal cabin limit. Listed short-nosed dog breeds, including bulldogs and pugs, are excluded, as are ordinary pets on UAE routes.
For eligible pets, request the service at least 72 hours ahead through the contact centre. Pet and rigid carrier together may weigh up to 20 kg; maximum carrier size is 50 × 45 × 45 cm. It occupies the window seat beside its adult owner and stays secured. One animal per passenger is allowed, subject to capacity. Short-nosed breeds, promotional fares and UAE flights are excluded.
