Yes. CemAir's online check-in opens 24 hours before the flight and lets you pre-select a seat and print a boarding pass. Enter your surname and booking reference or ticket number. If you have checked baggage, you still need to present it at the airport.
CemAir publishes a 7 kg cabin-bag limit with maximum dimensions of 56 × 36 × 23 cm, including handles, pockets and wheels. It also allows one small handbag or personal bag, or a slim laptop bag.
