Can I choose a Centrum Air seat in advance?

Yes, for an additional fee. Open the seat-selection service with your booking number and passenger surname. If you do not buy a selection, a seat is assigned automatically at airport check-in.

How do I request a wheelchair with Centrum Air?

Submit your request at least 24 hours before departure through your website account or customer support. Explain your assistance needs so the airline can arrange the service.

What cabin baggage do Centrum Air Economy fares include?

From October 26, 2026, Base includes only one personal item up to 3 kg and 30 × 40 × 20 cm. Optimal and Comfort include one cabin bag up to 8 kg and 55 × 35 × 25 cm. A permitted handbag must remain within the combined 8 kg allowance for those larger cabin-bag fares. Check the purchased fare and route, as allowances may differ.

Can I check in online for every Centrum Air departure?

No. Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and is offered only for flights departing Tashkent. Other departures use airport check-in.

Can my child travel alone on Centrum Air?

Ages 5–16 require the paid unaccompanied minor service, booked when buying the ticket; it cannot be added later. Uzbek citizens aged 5–16 cannot depart Uzbekistan alone on international flights. Children of other nationalities need their birth certificate and notarized parental or guardian permission for unaccompanied travel.
