Frequently asked questions

Do Chrono Aviation carry-on rules depend on the aircraft?

Yes. The smaller-aircraft baggage policy does not accept carry-ons on the Pilatus PC-12. For flights operated by Chrono Jet on Dash 8s or Boeing 737s, the cabin page permits one standard item up to 56 × 36 × 23 cm and one personal item up to 45 × 35 × 20 cm. Confirm the operating aircraft and charter arrangements when booking.

How should I plan luggage for a smaller Chrono charter?

Ask Chrono to confirm your trip’s baggage arrangements. Its smaller-aircraft policy limits the combined load of passengers and luggage, so the available baggage weight depends on the group. Unless otherwise agreed, individual luggage may measure up to 36 × 24 × 12 inches, and bulky hockey bags are refused. Excess luggage needs prior authorisation.
