Frequently asked questions
When can I reserve a seat on Corendon Dutch Airlines?
Advance reservations normally run from 24 hours after booking until five hours before departure, with charges varying by seat and route. Without a reservation, a seat is assigned automatically and cannot be changed at the airport. Paid advance selection for passengers with an infant or airport assistance is limited to window seats. On Curaçao and Bonaire flights, Comfort Plus and Only Adult seats are restricted to travellers aged 16 or over.
Who can reserve an emergency-exit seat?
The minimum age is 12 on Corendon Dutch flights, rising to 16 for flights to Curaçao. Travellers over 65, those accompanying an infant and those receiving airport assistance cannot reserve these seats.
How do I arrange assistance or travel with my wheelchair?
Request airport assistance through Corendon Airlines’ booking service. Mobility aids travel free; register your own wheelchair or scooter at least 48 hours before departure, giving its dimensions, weight and battery type. An onboard wheelchair requires a separate request through fly.corendon.com at least 72 hours before departure. Your own chair may need to be replaced with an airport chair before the gate; battery restrictions apply.
What cabin baggage is included in a Corendon package booking?
For passengers aged two or over, the usual allowance is one underseat item up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm and 3 kg. A larger bag up to 55 × 40 × 25 cm and 10 kg costs extra. Both are included on Curaçao and Bonaire flights. Both also remain free for Belgian-airport journeys booked before 8 May 2026. Larger cabin bags may be placed in the hold if lockers are full. These are Corendon’s package-booking rules; check each operating airline when the outbound and return carriers differ.
Can I bring a dog or cat into the cabin?
Corendon Dutch accepts a maximum of one cabin pet per passenger, subject to approval and a fee. Pet and carrier together may weigh up to 10 kg; the carrier’s three dimensions must total no more than 105 cm. Register through the booking’s Extra Services at least 72 hours before departure. You cannot sit at an emergency exit when travelling with a pet.
