Frequently asked questions
When can I choose a seat?
Choose during booking, through Additional Services or during online check-in from 72 to five hours before departure at eligible airports. Premium includes seat selection; otherwise a chosen seat costs extra. Free automatic assignment is available at online check-in. Purchased seats are normally non-refundable, but a required safety or operational seat change entitles you to a seat-fee refund.
Who can use an emergency-exit seat?
You must be at least 16 and physically able and willing to help evacuate. Exclusions include passengers accompanying children under 16; pregnant, elderly, ill, injured or disabled passengers; people unable to move quickly; those with pets or guide dogs; Meet & Assist users; and passengers in custody, being deported or refused entry. Crew can reassign ineligible passengers.
How do I arrange mobility assistance and seating?
Tell your booking agency or submit the airline’s Special Request Form and obtain confirmation for your flight. Request at least 48 hours ahead. Reduced-mobility passengers cannot use exit rows; window seats are usual, with other seating dependent on airport staff assessment of individual needs.
What cabin baggage is included on XR flights?
For passengers aged two or older, Eco, Flex and Premium include a small underseat bag plus one larger bag up to 10 kg and 55 × 40 × 25 cm. Comfort, Promo and Lite include only the small bag, up to 4 kg and 40 × 30 × 20 cm. Check your booking’s fare and any tour-operator conditions.
