Frequently asked questions
When can I choose a seat, and is it free?
On Corsair-operated flights, select during booking or through My Booking until two hours before departure. Business includes seat choice; Economy Flex and Premium Flex include standard seats in their respective designated areas. Basic, Classic and Premium Smart selections, and upgraded seat categories, generally cost extra. Otherwise, a seat is assigned at check-in. Operational or safety changes can affect assignments.
Who can reserve an exit-row seat?
Passengers must be at least 18, fully mobile, fluent in French or English and able to operate the exit and assist in an evacuation. Corsair excludes pregnant passengers, people travelling with animals, and passengers whose mobility, sensory or cognitive limitations or body size impede emergency duties. Its stated waist limit is 135 cm. Ineligible passengers can be moved without a refund.
How do I arrange mobility assistance?
Notify Corsair when booking. Its dedicated assistance guide requests at least 48 hours’ notice, while the airport check-in page asks for 72 hours, so arrange support early. Up to two mobility aids and one medical device travel free in the hold, subject to space and dangerous-goods rules. Passengers requiring assistance check in at the airport.
What cabin baggage is included?
One cabin bag and one underseat accessory are included, with a combined limit of 12 kg in Economy or 18 kg in Premium and Business. The bag may measure 55 × 35 × 25 cm including wheels and handles; the accessory limit is 25 × 20 × 33 cm. Infants under two without seats have no separate cabin allowance.
