Frequently asked questions

Can I reserve a specific seat?

You can request a seat when reserving, but Divi Divi does not assign seats in advance on most flights. Assignments can change, including after boarding, for operational, safety or security reasons.

When should I request mobility assistance?

Arrange special needs and wheelchair assistance when booking or at least 48 hours before departure, whichever is earlier, and obtain the airline’s acceptance. Late wheelchair requests depend on available equipment and the flight’s capacity.

What cabin baggage can I bring?

The airline permits one piece measuring 25 × 25 × 35 cm. Its published weight band is 3–7 kg; confirm the applicable limit for your flight. Limited aircraft space can require the bag to be checked, and items too large to fit under a seat go into the baggage compartment.

Can an animal travel in the cabin?

Notify Divi Divi and obtain acceptance when reserving. An ordinary pet needs a kennel that fits completely under the seat in front; cabin crew decide whether it fits. Final acceptance remains subject to check-in staff and the captain. Service animals have separate arrangements.
