Frequently asked questions

How are seats arranged on European Air Charter?

Bookings are handled by the tour operator or contracting airline, rather than an EAC reservation system. Seat requests depend on availability and may incur charges. Assignments can change for safety or operational reasons.

How do I request assistance?

Notify EAC or your tour operator at least 48 hours before departure. Medical-clearance cases require at least three working days. Mobility aids travel free; battery-powered equipment needs advance airline approval. Spillable-battery wheelchairs are not accepted.

What baggage allowance applies?

EAC publishes one cabin bag up to 8 kg and 55 × 40 × 20 cm. Checked allowance depends on the ticket, voucher or charter agreement. For flights sold by another airline, check that airline’s commercial conditions.

Are pets allowed in the cabin?

EAC’s conditions allow dogs and cats up to 8 kg including a leakproof carrier, with advance notification and required documents. The carrier stays on the floor. Confirm acceptance through your booking provider.
