Frequently asked questions

Can I choose a seat on a FedAir flight?

Allocated seating and advance selection are offered only on selected flights. Whether selection is free depends on the fare; otherwise a charge may apply. If you do not preselect, a seat is allocated at check-in without charge. FedAir may reassign seats for operational, safety or security reasons.

What baggage is included with a standard FedAir shuttle fare?

One checked bag up to 20 kg and one small cabin item up to 5 kg. The checked bag should be soft-sided with one flat side, no larger than 40 × 30 × 60 cm. Extra luggage must be arranged in advance and remains subject to aircraft weight and balance. Oversized luggage cannot travel on your lap.

Does FedAir offer an allowance for larger or hard-shell bags?

Its X-Class shuttle fare includes one checked hard-shell bag up to 32 kg and 158 cm in combined dimensions, plus a 5 kg cabin item. Only four X-Class places are normally offered per flight, subject to operational limits; availability must be checked for each leg.

Can a child under 16 fly alone on FedAir?

No. FedAir requires a passenger under 16 to travel with an adult aged 16 or older. Arrange any special assistance with the airline before travel.
