FitsAir is a Sri Lankan airline whose roots are in cargo flying, which it began in 1997. It added scheduled international passenger services in 2022, using Airbus A320 aircraft. Its passenger network links Sri Lanka with destinations around South Asia and the Indian Ocean, and it introduced Business Class in 2025.

Contact the airline to reserve a seat at least 24 hours before departure, subject to availability. The current fare chart charges for selection in Economy Promo, Basic and Classic; Business Class includes it. If you change flights, your selected seat does not transfer automatically, so ask the team to book it again.
Call Customer Care at least 48 hours before departure. The published wheelchair service covers non-medical passengers who walk slowly, with assistance up to the aircraft ramp; the service is chargeable. Passengers unable to use stairs should ask for the separate Ambulift service.
Economy fares include one cabin piece with a total limit of 7 kg. A handbag or laptop counts within that weight, rather than being an extra allowance. The fare chart gives Business Class two pieces totalling 10 kg, so check the allowance for the cabin you buy.
