Frequently asked questions

Can I choose or change a Fly 748 seat?

Yes. Qualifying Smart Fares include standard seat selection; other paid choices are available. Selections, changes and releases close two hours before departure. The airline may reassign seats for safety, operational or aircraft-balance reasons, even after boarding.

How are Fly 748 seat-selection refunds paid?

Paid seats voluntarily released before the two-hour cutoff are credited to your Fly748 Travel Wallet. A lost paid seat after an involuntary reassignment is also refunded there. Wallet credit is usable only for future Fly 748 advance seat selections; it cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred.

How do I arrange Fly 748 mobility assistance?

Contact Customer Care at least 48 hours before departure. For your own wheelchair or mobility aid, email its dimensions, weight and battery type in advance. Equipment is stowed in the hold. Spillable, wet-cell, damaged or leaking batteries are not accepted; ask the airline to confirm powered-device requirements before travel.

What baggage comes with Fly 748 fares?

One cabin bag may weigh up to 5 kg and measure 55 × 35 × 25 cm. Standard checked baggage is 10 kg; Smart Fares allow up to 23 kg checked. An infant without a seat has no allowance. A cabin bag exceeding the size limit must go in the hold and attracts a charge.

Does Fly 748 accept pets?

No. Its current policy excludes pets and live animals from both the cabin and checked baggage.

Can a child fly alone with Fly 748?

Children aged 5–11 require the Unaccompanied Minor service, booked through the airline. Supply the child’s age, parent or guardian contacts and any special needs; the adult bringing the child must stay until takeoff. Children aged 12 or over may travel without that service. Children aged 2–4 must travel with an adult aged at least 16.
