Frequently asked questions
Can I choose a seat, and what does my fare include?
Choose during booking, later through Add Seats, or at check-in, subject to availability. Basic charges for selection; Value includes eligible seats from row 8 onward, and Ultimate from row 2 onward. Premium upgrades can cost extra. Seats may be reassigned for operational or safety reasons.
Will my family sit together?
Staff try to assign adjacent seats, but availability determines whether this is possible. Select seats early to improve your options; a family booking alone does not guarantee everyone sits together.
How do I arrange wheelchair assistance?
Request it through customer support, preferably when booking and at least 48 hours before departure. Fly Jinnah does not charge for the wheelchair service, although airport handlers may charge. Notify staff at check-in; mobility aids over 60 kg need specific airline approval. Passengers needing personal care or evacuation assistance should confirm companion and medical-clearance requirements.
What cabin baggage may I bring?
The allowance is a 7 kg cabin bag up to 55 × 40 × 20 cm plus a 3 kg personal item up to 25 × 33 × 20 cm. Duty-free purchases count within the combined 10 kg. When travelling with an infant under two, you may bring an additional 3 kg essentials bag that fits under the seat.
Can I bring a pet?
Ordinary pets are not accepted in the cabin or hold. Fly Jinnah’s conditions make a separate provision for falcons, requiring explicit advance acceptance, payment and the necessary health and entry documents.
