Frequently asked questions

Are FLY4 seat requests guaranteed?

No. FLY4 tries to honor advance requests but may reassign seats for operational, safety or security reasons. For another airline’s ticket, use that airline’s conditions and booking service.

Which baggage rules apply when FLY4 operates my flight?

For FFA-numbered flights, the published allowance is one cabin bag up to 8 kg and 56 × 45 × 25 cm, plus a small personal item, and 23 kg checked baggage subject to route payload restrictions. Flights booked under another airline’s code follow that airline’s conditions.

When should I request assistance for a FLY4 flight?

Tell the ticket issuer what assistance and equipment you need when booking, and no later than 48 hours before departure. Seating arrangements depend on the requirements and aircraft; a particular seat is not guaranteed.
