Frequently asked questions

Which FLYONE Asia fares include advance seat choice?

The 7Q fare table includes standard seat selection with LOYAL and seat selection with ADVANTAGE. LIGHT and STANDARD do not list it as included, so check the price when adding a seat. An aircraft or cabin-layout change may alter your choice; the carrier can also reassign seats after boarding for safety, security or operational reasons.

What cabin bags are included on FLYONE Asia?

All 7Q fares include one small bag up to 40 × 30 × 20 cm, including handles, wheels and pockets. STANDARD, LOYAL and ADVANTAGE also include a larger cabin bag up to 10 kg and 55 × 40 × 25 cm. LIGHT does not include that larger bag. Oversized hand baggage can be checked with a gate charge.

When is free online check-in available for FLYONE Asia?

For regular 7Q services, free online check-in opens seven days before departure for every fare and closes four hours before the flight. Earlier check-in is offered with selected fare benefits or paid services. Keep the check-in confirmation digitally or on paper; passport control may require a printed copy.
