Global Airlines is a UK aviation venture founded by James Asquith in 2021 around Airbus A380 passenger services. Its first transatlantic passenger charters flew in May 2025 under Hi Fly’s operating certificate. By June 2026, regular scheduled services had not launched, and the company was arranging heavy maintenance for its A380 while pursuing plans for future operations.
