Frequently asked questions

Can I choose a seat on Global Airways’ LIFT services?

Yes, during booking or later in Manage Booking. Economy offers free rear-cabin seats and paid front or exit-row choices. Available seats become free to select when online check-in opens 24 hours before departure. Premium includes seat selection. These rules apply to LIFT bookings.

Who can sit in a LIFT exit row?

You must be physically able and willing to help in an emergency; cabin crew check eligibility. Children and passengers carrying infants cannot use these seats. If LIFT cannot provide a pre-booked seat, its value is refunded to the LIFT Wallet.

What cabin baggage comes with a LIFT booking?

Both Economy fares include one cabin bag up to 7 kg and 56 × 36 × 23 cm. Premium includes two bags within those per-bag limits. Add one personal item up to 40 × 15 × 20 cm that fits under the seat in front.

Do all LIFT fares include checked baggage?

No. Economy–No Bag has none; Economy–Bag includes one bag up to 23 kg. Premium includes two bags up to 23 kg each and one sporting-equipment item up to 23 kg. These are the LIFT brand’s inclusions, rather than rules for every Global Airways charter or partner-airline flight.
