Frequently asked questions

Can I choose a GX Airlines seat online?

Online check-in and seat selection are offered on selected GX-operated domestic flights for tickets beginning 872. Eligible passengers include adults and accompanied children on the same booking; passengers needing special handling, including adults travelling with infants, must use the airport counter. The service normally opens at 18:00 the day before departure and closes two hours before departure, with some airports opening later. GX does not issue an electronic boarding pass through this service: arrive at the counter two hours before departure for a paper pass and baggage check-in. Operational changes may alter the selected seat.

What is the cabin baggage allowance on GX domestic flights?

The current linked domestic conditions allow Economy passengers one bag up to 7 kg and 40 × 30 × 20 cm. Business passengers may bring two bags, each up to 7 kg and 55 × 40 × 20 cm. On designated Boutique routes, the single Economy bag may measure 55 × 40 × 20 cm. These measurements exclude wheels, handles and telescopic rods. Special fare products can have different provisions, so check the conditions attached to your ticket.
