Frequently asked questions

Can I reserve a particular seat on Harbour Air?

Seats are not assigned in advance because of aircraft weight and balance. Flex fares include priority boarding and an opportunity to choose a seat; Scenic Ultimate offers priority boarding on tours. The pilot retains final control of seating, so a preferred seat is not guaranteed.

How much baggage is included with Harbour Air’s scheduled fares?

The published allowances are Light 10 lb, Value 15 lb, Comfort 25 lb and Flex 50 lb. All items count, including purses and backpacks. A single piece must not exceed 50 lb. Extra baggage is carried on a space-available basis, and operating limits can require bags to travel on another service.

Can my pet travel beside me on Harbour Air?

On domestic flights, ordinary pets travel in the rear cargo area in a hard-sided, secure, leakproof and ventilated carrier. Pet and carrier together must not exceed 35 lb and count toward your baggage allowance. The maximum carrier size is 21 × 16 × 15 inches. Service dogs follow separate cabin arrangements.
