Hebei Airlines is a Chinese airline whose main base is Shijiazhuang Zhengding International Airport. It was inaugurated in June 2010 and connects Shijiazhuang and Beijing Daxing with destinations across China.

Enjoy Economy provides more seat spacing and legroom than ordinary Economy, along with priority check-in. Its domestic free baggage allowance is 30 kg. Select the Enjoy Economy product when comparing available fares rather than assuming these benefits apply to every Economy ticket.
Black Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver members buying full-fare Y Economy can receive a space-available upgrade to Business or Enjoy Economy on Hebei-operated flights with MF, NS or RY codes. Buy at least three hours before departure and do not check in before automatic airport processing, which takes place between three hours and 90 minutes before departure; later handling depends on availability. Silver members have at most five Business upgrades per calendar year. International or Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan connecting products are excluded, and the service is handled on the ground.
On eligible MF, NS or RY coded flights operated by Xiamen, Hebei or Jiangxi Airlines, weight-based extra allowances are 40 kg for Black Diamond, 30 kg for Platinum, 20 kg for Gold and 10 kg for Silver. Piece-based routes provide one extra piece, subject to the route’s rules. After an upgrade, the total uses the original booked cabin’s allowance plus the elite allowance.
