Hello Smart includes selection except preferential seats. Hello Smile and Hello Sunshine include preferential seats too. Hello Saver does not list seat selection among its included services. Charter flights can use different bundles shown during booking; Blue Style charter passengers should make requests through that travel agency.
Each bundle includes a small bag up to 6 kg and 40 × 30 × 20 cm. Hello Smart and Hello Sunshine also include a large bag up to 10 kg and 55 × 40 × 20 cm. Charter allowances may follow the tour operator’s rules instead, so use the allowance on that booking.
Request the complimentary service during online booking or add it at least 48 hours before departure. Tell the airline in advance if you use a battery-powered wheelchair so it can assess the battery. Blue Style charter customers should contact their travel agency for requests.
