What cabin baggage is included?
Basic and Premium include a small bag up to 8 kg and 40 × 30 × 20 cm. Classic, Premium Plus and Business also include a trolley up to 10 kg and 50 × 40 × 25 cm. Check the operating carrier and contracted allowance for charter bookings.
Can a dog or cat travel in the cabin?
Yes, except on United Kingdom routes, subject to confirmation and a fee. Pet and carrier together must not exceed 8 kg, with a carrier up to 50 × 40 × 25 cm. Contact customer service at least 48 hours ahead; spaces are limited. EU travel requires an animal at least seven months old with a microchip, valid rabies vaccination and veterinary documents. Israel requires advance veterinary permission.
