Frequently asked questions

How can I choose a seat through iFly's own website?

Online selection closes five hours before departure; later requests are handled at the departure airport. Enter your surname as printed on the ticket and the 13-digit ticket number; obtain the number from your tour operator if needed. The page limits online selection to passengers without animals or reduced mobility who do not need accompaniment. When travelling with a child, select the child's seat first, then the adult's. Passengers under 18 and those with disabilities cannot use emergency-exit seats. A paid or confirmed selection cannot be voluntarily changed or cancelled.

What cabin baggage does iFly allow?

Promo, Standard, Plus and Premium fares permit one bag up to 10 kg and 40 × 30 × 20 cm. The Business fare permits one up to 15 kg and 55 × 40 × 25 cm. The dedicated hand-luggage rules also allow a backpack, handbag or briefcase up to 3 kg and 40 × 30 × 20 cm in addition. These rules describe iFly's own fares.
