Izhavia was a Russian regional airline based in Izhevsk, in the Republic of Udmurtia, with roots in the local aviation enterprise established in 1944. It stopped operating its own flights on 1 August 2026 after Russia’s aviation regulator revoked its operating certificate. An October 2026 report described an application for a new certificate and plans to resume flying, rather than a completed return to service.
