Buy a preferred seat when booking or through Manage Booking; otherwise a random seat is allocated free at check-in. Smart Fare includes standard seat selection and a 23 kg checked bag, excluding infants and group bookings. Seat assignments remain subject to crew safety requirements.
Telephone Jambojet at least 48 hours before departure and report to check-in at least two hours ahead. Your own chair travels in the hold. Passengers whose assistance or infant needs were declared during booking receive suitable preassigned seats, which cannot be changed online.
One bag up to 10 kg and 55 × 35 × 25 cm is allowed; a handbag counts within that allowance. A lap infant also receives one 10 kg cabin bag plus a fully collapsible stroller. Oversized cabin bags must be checked for a charge. Standard checked baggage is purchased separately unless your fare includes it.
Ordinary pets are not accepted onboard. Jambojet has separate provisions for qualifying service and assistance animals, requiring advance arrangements and documentation. Those provisions do not permit ordinary pets.
