Can I choose my JetSMART Peru seat?

You can pay to choose an available seat for which you qualify. Otherwise, check-in assigns a seat free of charge; passengers on one reservation may be separated.

Who can use a JetSMART Peru exit-row seat?

Passengers must be over 15, understand and communicate in Spanish or English, and have the mobility, strength, balance, hearing and vision needed to operate the exit and help others. You cannot be caring for a dependent passenger or travelling with a cabin pet, and must have no condition aggravated by operating the exit. Ineligible passengers are moved without refunding the seat fee.

How do I request wheelchair assistance?

Select Special Needs while booking, or notify the Contact Center at least 48 hours before departure. Wheelchairs and mobility prostheses travel without an additional charge.

What cabin baggage does the base fare include?

One personal item up to 10 kg and 45 × 35 × 25 cm is included. The larger cabin bag, up to 10 kg and 55 × 35 × 25 cm, is an extra under the base fare; check any bundle you buy for included extras.
